Belt Feeder
BELT FEEDER — KS-BF SERIESThe Belt Feeder is the most common and widely used type of industrial feeder. In this system, a rubber or PVC belt moves over parallel rollers, conveying materials at a constant and controlled rate from under the silo or hopper to the destination. The main advantage of the Belt Feeder is its high capacity, ability to handle coarse materials, and long service life.

SCREW FEEDER — KS-SF SERIESThe Screw Feeder uses one or more rotating screws to precisely and controllably convey materials from one point to another. The completely enclosed housing makes this feeder the best choice for toxic, contaminating, fine powder, and moisture-sensitive materials. It is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, plastic, and food industries.

The rotation of the screw inside the cylindrical housing causes a specific volume of material to be moved with each revolution. By adjusting the motor RPM, the feed rate is precisely controlled — without spillage and without dust.
