Kian Sanat Load Cell Sensor

The beating heart of precision weighing systems

A load cell (Load Cell) is the most critical and essential component in any industrial weighing system, converting mechanical force from material weight into a readable electrical signal.

With over two decades of experience in instrumentation and weighing systems, Kian Sanat supplies and provides a wide range of Class C3 and C4 load cells with 0.03 to 0.1% accuracy from reputable global brands (HBM Germany, Siemens, Sensocar, and trusted Russian, Japanese, and Chinese manufacturers), as well as high-quality domestic production.

Kian Sanat load cells are available in multiple types: compression (for installation under silo and tank supports), tension (for suspended systems and hoists), bending beam (for conveyor belt weighing rollers), and S-type (for confined spaces and custom installations), with capacities ranging from 50 kg to 200 tons.

All load cells feature IP68 protection against dust and moisture, are made of stainless steel or high-strength alloys, and are available with analog output (mV/V) or digital output (RS485). Kian Sanat provides load cells with a 24-month warranty and 10 years of after-sales service, along with calibration certificates and performance analysis reports.

What is a Load Cell?

How Does a Load Cell Work?

A load cell sensor is an electromechanical transducer that converts mechanical force (weight) into a measurable electrical signal. At the heart of a load cell is a sensing element (strain gauge) that deforms under applied force, changing its electrical resistance. This resistance change is converted into a voltage signal in a Wheatstone bridge circuit, which is proportional to the weight of the material. Kian Sanat manufactures load cells using foil strain gauge technology and high-quality alloys (17-4PH stainless steel, 7075 aluminum alloy) that offer unmatched accuracy, stability, and longevity. Kian Sanat load cells are manufactured in C3 (0.05-0.1%) and C4 (0.03-0.05%) accuracy classes in accordance with OIML R60 standards.

The housing of Kian Sanat load cells is fully sealed with silicone gaskets to protect against dust and moisture ingress. The output cable features a sheath resistant to oil, acid, and heat, ensuring reliable connections in harsh industrial environments. All load cells undergo multi-point calibration testing before shipment, and a calibration certificate with error curve and thermal coefficient is provided to the customer.
